So what's in it? The original video called for toasting focaccia bread with cheese, a mish-mash of deli meats, and a salad of shredded lettuce, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Since then, many more variations of that recipe have emerged, some colder than others.
